Website privacy notice

This notice describes the information handled by the website. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential third-party information in a project enquiry.

Project enquiries

The form asks for your name and either an email address or phone number. Organization and project details are optional. If you select a furniture design, its reference and selected public example accompany your enquiry. We use these details to understand and respond to your request, rather than to create an order automatically.

Website services

Cloudflare provides website hosting, database and storage services, abuse prevention, and Turnstile verification. When configured for delivery, internal enquiry notifications are sent through Google Workspace. Google Fonts also supplies website typography when your browser loads those font resources. These services process information to operate the website and deliver enquiries. Service providers may process information outside Canada under their applicable terms.

Browser storage and security

The browser keeps an enquiry receipt in session storage so you can view your reference. Verification and rate controls help prevent abuse. A successful receipt means the enquiry was saved; it does not guarantee that an email notification reached a staff inbox.

Reference files

Customer reference uploads are currently deferred. The public form does not require a file. Do not send files containing personal or confidential information unless ITK has agreed to an appropriate method.

Analytics

If aggregate measurement is enabled, it counts approved website events and public page paths. It does not record enquiry text, contact information, files, receipt references, URL query values, or customer identities. This website does not use advertising pixels.

Customer enquiry retention

Received project enquiries are retained as business correspondence for responding to prospective customers, managing projects, and maintaining appropriate business records. The 90-day aggregate analytics period does not apply to these enquiries. Drafts that were never submitted may expire and be removed. ITK reviews requests for access, correction, or deletion in light of applicable obligations.

Access, correction, and deletion

Contact ITK Canada about information you provided, including a request for access, correction, or deletion. Include your enquiry reference if available, and avoid sending sensitive information. Retention and deletion requests must account for business and legal obligations and copies held in company email.
